Our Story
Hi There! We're Liraz, Mordi, Mili and Liam.
Back in 2019, while deep in the corporate world and with a newborn - we realized we wanted something entirely different for our family, so we packed up our lives and took a massive leap into the unknown.
With our six-month-old daughter in tow, we left the traditional, stationary routine behind to embrace a life on the road as full-time nomads.
It wasn't always easy navigating unfamiliar cities and the beautiful chaos of raising a baby (or 2) out of suitcases, but experiencing the world together quickly became our new normal.
We traded a fixed address for a global backyard, watching our kids grow up across different continents and creating unforgettable memories as a family exploring the globe side by side.
During those years of travel, we found ourselves visiting Bansko for the summer. There was something magnetic about the mountains and the lifestyle here. Every year, we came back for the summer, and each time, our stay stretched out just a little bit longer.
At some point we decided to make Bansko our homebase in the world and the place we call home.

Why we built the Treehouse
Nomad life is freedom, but it can also be lonely. We built The Treehouse because we lived the struggle of "not fitting in" at coworking spaces and "aging out" of playgrounds.
1. The Connection Challange
Parenting can be isolating, especially for families with alternative lifestyles. That's why We built a space where you are never alone.
The Treehouse is designed for social presence. It is a comfortable space where you can relax, socialize or work, all while remaining present and accessible to your children. It’s a place to find your tribe, whether you’re here for a week, a month, or a year.
The Benefit:
One space where the community gathers for meetups, events and daily fun, creating deep connections and meaningful friendships. “It takes a village…”, and you can find yours here!
2. The Resource Challenge
ou can’t fit an entire playroom in a suitcase, and you shouldn't have to clutter your apartment with cheap plastic toys just to keep your kids engaged.
The Treehouse solves this with a shared Library of Things. We have stocked shelves with high-quality resources for every age: books, board games, toys, blocks, art supplies and much more!
The Benefit:
Your kids get deep, creative play with their dream library, and you get a clutter-free home and less spending. Together we prevent waste and make sure every purchase gets used and enjoyed by many.

If you have kids and need a safe and cozy home-like place to hang out with friends and meet new like-minded people - check this place out. It has all you need - tons of toys, craft supplies, puzzles, board games, books, sofas for parents to chill, kitchen with coffee/tea etc.
The outdoor area is safely fenced off and there is even a little playground. During the week there are various events. Highly recommended!

Our Core Values
Creation Over Consumption
No screens (except movie nights!) or noisy toys. We focus on sustainable, open-ended toys (engineering blocks, art supplies) that build long-term skills.
Community Over Tourism
We prioritize long-term connection over daily turnover, with weekly and monthly memberships and scheduled community events that create connection.
Co-Play, Not Daycare
We resource the connection; we don't outsource the parenting. We want you to experience your children in a space that is built to enjoy every moment.
